TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions applies to all SaltMed products sold by LOI Medical SRL through the online store saltmed.eu:

• product: any product to be supplied by the seller to the buyer;
• order: electronic document by which the buyer requests the purchase of goods presented on the saltmed.eu site;
• contract: order confirmed by the seller (confirmation of an order can only be made via email or electronically)

REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION OF AN ORDER

By placing an order (via email or electronically) through the online store www.saltmed.eu, the buyer agrees to the form of communication by which the seller carries out his operations (electronic or telephone).

The placing of an order (email or telephone) also involves confirmation of the order and contract.

PAYMENT

Payment of the products can be made via credit card or via bank transfer.

DELIVERY

The products are delivered with a courier.

WARRANTY

SaltMed Dry Salt Inhaler has a warranty of 24 months after purchase. In order to qualify for the warranty, it is necessary to comply with the instructions for use. Repairs in / and post warranty are carried out at the manufacturer mentioned in the Warranty Certificate.

The guarantee is valid only with the purchase document (receipt, invoice, etc.).

The warranty applies only to the medical device, not its consumables (cartridges).

RETURN/REFUND

According to the legislation in force in Romania, the customer may return the purchased products, without penalty and without invoking a reason, within 14 working days; the legislation applies only to individuals. The disposal of purchased products is made only after a notice by e-mail to the office@saltmed.eu, or fax.: +4021.334.93.57

The product can only be returned if it is in perfect conditions (original packaging, all accessories, consumables and documentation). They must not show any signs of use and the seals and labels affixed to the devices shall be intact, in particular on the cartridges.

Return expenses will be supported by the customer, unless the reason for the return is a manufacturing defect, and the refund of the value of the product will be made within 30 days of the return.

We do not accept for return:

• Damaged products returned must be in the same condition as they were delivered (in the original undamaged packaging and sealed accessories) or that do not have all the accompanying documents (invoice, warranty, instructions of use).
• Products showing signs of use: products showing physical changes, bumps, scratches, us etc.
• Consumables - the SaltMed cartridges

FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party will be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance is due to a force majeure event. Force majeure is the unpredictable event, beyond the control of the parties and which cannot be avoided.
